We were met at the PV airport by our driver Carlos, who we found to be very pleasant and easily able to speak English to us, as we speak very little Spanish. We enjoyed the drive in a beautiful van, to an excellent grocery store, Soriano on the way, and then the drive out to Mismaloya to our condo. Carlos was great and a skilled driver and we enjoyed his company tremendously!

We had 2 families traveling with teenagers (9 total people). Our travel agent had set up our transportation from Puerta Vallarta airport to our hotel which was 45min away. Carlos was our driver and was wonderful. He carried on great conversation on our way there and was very knowledgable. My son ended up forgetting his backpack on the van and we feared we would never see it or the belongings again! Carlos showed up the next day with the bag and everything inside of it. Even with flight delays and departure time changes on our end, VIP Vallarta was on time, efficient and very professional. Loved their big orange signs at the airport. Easy to find! Arturo was very accommodating, making sure we had car seats and enough space for everyone. My only comment would be to communicate via e-mail. We had a hard time getting through using cell phones and a couple of messages were never returned. But my e-mails were all promptly responded to. Would definitely re-book with them.

I was traveling with my parents and wanted to take the hassle out of transport to/from the airport in Puerto Vallarta. Arturo and his drivers took great care of us. They were waiting with a sign as soon as we stepped out onto the sidewalk. And they met us at our condo precisely on time when we needed to go home. The car was a large SUV. It was spotless and had A/C. We were even offered water or beer. Obviously, it cost more than a taxi or Uber, but it was totally worth it not to have to deal with hailing a ride. This is a great outfit to work with out of the airport. There is a lot of individuals that try to coerce you to use their travel service inside the airport but it was nice to have it arranged.
